Chairman of Alexandria Water Company inspects branches and service centers in West Alexandria area …

As part of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company's keenness to improve the services provided to citizens and monitor the progress of work, Eng. Ahmed Jaber, Chairman and Managing Director of Alexandria Drinking Water Company, conducted a field tour during which he inspected a number of branches, service centers and cranes in West Alexandria areas.

The tour included visiting customer service centers in Wardian and 6th of October, in addition to Ajami and Sahel branches, to ensure the progress of work and provide the best services to citizens. The tour also included inspecting the main cranes, which include:

• Max Lifter

• Dakhila Lifter

• Abu Youssef Lifter

• 6th of October Lifter

• Abu Talat Lifter

• Kilo 26 Lifter

• Kilo 21 Lifter

The tour aimed to follow up on the efficiency of the operation of stations and cranes, and to ensure the availability of the necessary resources to ensure the continuity of service at the required level, in addition to discussing the challenges that may face workers in the field and working to find immediate solutions to improve performance.

During the tour, Eng. Ahmed Jaber stressed the importance of communicating with workers in various locations and listening to their opinions and suggestions to improve the workflow. He also stressed the company's commitment to developing the infrastructure and ensuring the provision of high-quality water services to all residents of the governorate. These efforts come within the Alexandria Water Company's plan to achieve sustainability of services and meet the needs of citizens, within the framework of the state's vision to improve the level of services provided to the public.
