Alexandria Drinking Water and “Masdar Khair” Association cooperate to deliver water to 50 families in the Juhayna area…

As part of the efforts of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company to enhance cooperation with civil society organizations and expand the scope of services to the most needy areas, Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director, received Mr. Islam Korani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Masdar Khair” Association, to activate the cooperation protocol between the two parties.

The meeting included announcing the contribution of the “Masdar Khair” Association in covering the cost of delivering drinking water to 50 families in the Juhayna area at kilometer 21, as this cooperation comes within the joint efforts to achieve sustainable development and improve the living conditions of the most needy families, confirming the societal role of the company and the association.

Eng. Ahmed Gaber stressed that the Alexandria Drinking Water Company places at the top of its priorities providing its services to all segments of society, especially the most needy groups, through effective partnerships with civil society institutions, and expressed his appreciation for the positive role played by the “Masdar Khair” Association in supporting community initiatives.

This cooperation comes within the framework of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater’s vision to activate community partnerships and enhance contribution to achieving sustainable development goals.
