In the framework of the company's keenness to improve the quality of services provided to citizens, Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, conducted an extensive field tour of the West Alexandria area, which included branches and customer service centers in Wardian, Ajami, Sahel, and 6th of October.

The tour included following up on the progress of work within the customer service centers, where His Excellency inspected the collection work and external debts, and listened to citizens' complaints and suggestions, stressing the need to quickly respond to customers' demands and work to improve the level of service provided.

Eng. Ahmed Gaber also visited several cranes, including the Max, Al-Dakhila, Abu Youssef, Abu Talat, and Kilo 21 cranes, where he inspected the ongoing replacement and renovation work, and discussed with the workers ways to overcome any obstacles they may face to ensure continued operation with high efficiency.

The company chairman stressed the commitment of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company to implementing continuous development plans that aim to raise the efficiency of services, and achieve customer satisfaction by listening to their complaints and working to resolve them as soon as possible.

This tour comes within the framework of continuous monitoring of the level of performance of services provided to citizens, and ensuring that work is proceeding in accordance with approved standards, which contributes to achieving the company’s vision towards providing high-quality drinking water services that keep pace with the aspirations of citizens in Alexandria Governorate.
