Alexandria Water honors the winning branches in the electronic linkage application competition

This morning, Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director, honored the commercial and engineering branches that won the electronic linkage application competition between the commercial and engineering branches as part of the company's plan to implement integrity support procedures related to digital transformation as one of the governance applications in all sectors, namely:

Al-Seyouf Branch and Nubaria Branch: affiliated to the commercial sector.

Sidi Bishr Engineering affiliated to the Alexandria Production and Distribution Sector.

And Nubaria Engineering affiliated to the South Production and Distribution Sector.

In his speech, Mr. Eng. Ahmed Jaber praised the performance of the winning branches that achieved the highest rates in implementing the program, pointing out the importance of automating administrative operations and procedures and replacing papers with electronic programs in order to develop performance within the branches and speed up the completion of services provided to citizens in the best possible way and to save time, effort and cost. This is within the framework of the company's keenness to implement digital transformation, which is one of the governance applications in the various services provided and which comes within the axes of Egypt's Vision 2030.

The application of electronic linkage is also a major step towards bringing about the desired change in the institutional culture.

It is worth noting that the electronic linking competition was launched under the instructions of Eng. Ahmed Jaber to measure the efficiency of the application in terms of the number of requests created in each commercial branch and engineering branch affiliated with it, and to follow up on them and speed up their completion, as the sectors of Information Technology and Digital Services, Commercial, Production and Distribution, and the Integrity Support Department affiliated with the General Administration of Board of Directors Affairs cooperated in

Implementing the electronic linking program and training those concerned with the branches to use the program, equipping the branches with the required devices, coordination and follow-up, as well as setting objective criteria for selecting ideal branches, which were announced in advance in application of the principle of transparency. The competition contributes to highlighting good models and raising the spirit of competitiveness, which will work to develop performance in the branches, increase customer satisfaction, and improve the services provided to them. In this regard, Eng. Ahmed Jaber praised the efforts made and constructive cooperation between the aforementioned sectors in implementing the linking.
