Alexandria Water Company honors its best readers and collectors in appreciation of their excellence

As part of its strategy to enhance excellence and stimulate performance, Alexandria Water Company honored a number of its readers and collectors who won the "Ideal Reader and Collector" competition, organized by the Integrity Support Department in cooperation with the commercial sector, in implementation of the directives of Eng. Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, on the importance of supporting and encouraging distinguished human cadres.

The honoring included 8 commercial branches, and the results were as follows:

During the honoring ceremony, Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director, praised the efforts of the employees in the fields of reading and collection during the past period, stressing the company's keenness to establish a culture of excellence and motivate effective performance, wishing the honorees further success and progress.

Mechanism for selecting the winners:

The ideal reader and collector are evaluated according to objective criteria that include functional aspects such as the method of dealing with customers, complaint rates, achieving the required target, in addition to personal aspects such as interaction with managers and colleagues. These criteria are determined in advance in each branch to achieve the principle of transparency.

It is worth noting that the Integrity Support Program is one of the programs implemented in Egypt within the Nile Delta Water Management Project (NDWM-GIZ), affiliated with the German Agency for International Cooperation, which aims to enhance transparency and improve performance efficiency in the water sector.
