In a new achievement that reflects the Alexandria Drinking Water Company's commitment to the highest standards of quality and institutional efficiency, the company announced the renewal of its ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification for the nineteenth consecutive year, along with the renewal of its ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications for the tenth year. This follows the company successfully passing the certification body's audits without recording any non-conformities.

The audit was conducted by the international company SGS, accredited by the UKAS accreditation body, which praised the effectiveness and efficiency of the systems implemented within the company, the remarkable digital transformation, and the institutional support that contributes to sustainable performance and achieving goals.

In his speech, Eng. Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director, emphasized that renewing the ISO certifications is not just an administrative achievement, but a true reflection of a solid corporate culture based on continuous improvement, institutional discipline, and providing services worthy of the Alexandrian citizen.
