A field tour by the Chairman of the Alexandria Water Company of branches, customer service centers, and water lifts...

As part of his ongoing efforts to enhance performance and improve the quality of services provided to citizens, Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, conducted an extensive field tour of several branches, customer service centers, and water lifts in the West Alexandria area.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber began his tour by visiting the branches and customer service centers in Wardian, Agamy, Sahel, and 6th of October City, where he ensured the smooth running of operations within the centers and inspected the procedures followed for receiving and handling citizen complaints. He also met with a number of customers and listened to their complaints and suggestions, directing them to respond quickly to their demands and work to overcome any obstacles in service provision.

During the tour, His Excellency inspected a number of water lifts, including those in Mex, Dekheila, Abu Youssef, 6th of October, and Abu Thalath. He concluded the tour by visiting the 21-kilometer coastal water lift, where he monitored the efficiency of equipment operation and ensured the sites' readiness to respond to any potential emergency.

During his tour, Engineer Ahmed Jaber emphasized that the company places great importance on enhancing infrastructure readiness and improving the work environment within customer service centers, saying:

"We are working hard to ensure that the service provided to citizens is the best possible. We will spare no effort in continuously developing the operational and technical system, and we are monitoring the situation on the ground to ensure a rapid response to all citizen concerns, based on our social responsibility and professional duty."

These inspection tours are part of the company's comprehensive plan to improve the quality of services, achieve citizen satisfaction, and monitor the implementation of operational and maintenance plans on the ground.
