As part of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater's commitment to supporting and developing human capital, the holding company honored the General Training Department of the Alexandria Water Company in recognition of its outstanding performance and continuous efforts in implementing a training and skills development system, which has placed it among the most distinguished departments among its subsidiary companies.
Engineer Ahmed Gaber, Chairman and Managing Director of the Alexandria Water Company, emphasized that this honor is a culmination of the training team's efforts and commitment to developing competencies and building employee capacities. He noted that human resource development represents a fundamental pillar of the company's strategy to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Ms. Ghada Abdel Wahab, Head of the Human Resources and Training Sector at the Holding Company, and Ms. Noha El-Dessouki, General Manager of Training, who both praised the efforts of the General Training Department at the company, particularly in activating e-training tools and implementing specialized programs that have contributed to enhancing employee performance.
