Opening mobile customer service vehicles to facilitate services

Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, and Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Drinking Water Company, inspected the mobile customer service center cars, to signal the start of work for these cars to serve citizens and perform all the tasks of the fixed customer service center.
Engineer Ahmed Jaber confirmed that this step comes within the framework of the directives of Engineer Mamdouh Raslan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, to improve and develop the services provided to citizens.
He added that these cars were specially designed and equipped with the latest technologies to work as mobile customer service centers to cover all regions and neighborhoods of the governorate and reach areas where no customer service centers are equipped, in addition to providing service to the elderly and gentlemen customers who find it difficult to come to the customer service centers.
He continued that the company seeks to keep pace with advanced means that achieve customer comfort and satisfaction and provide service as quickly as possible, noting that mobile customer service vehicles provide all services to citizens such as (contracting to insert meters - charging prepaid cards - paying bills - inquiring about bills - submitting complaints). ).
