Alexandria Water announces the renewal of its quality management certificate for the eleventh time in a row.

Engineer Ahmed Gaber, President of the Alexandria Water Company, announced the renewal of the ISO 9001 quality management system certificate for (8) sectors and (6) general departments in the company for the eleventh time in a row.

This came during the external review of the ISO certification body, SGS Limited Egypt, in the period from (November 13-16, 2022), during which the granting body decided to renew the certificate after verifying that all its requirements were met.

The chief auditor of the donor agency praised the quality management system, the integration of work between departments, and individuals’ awareness of the value and requirements of the system and its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of business and activities.
