Alexandria Water Company Chairman Conducts Field Visit to Branches, Customer Service Centers, and Pumping Stations…
As part of the Alexandria Water Company's commitment to improving services for citizens and enhancing its field operations, Chairman and Managing Director, Engineer Gaddafi Ibrahim, conducted an extensive field visit to branches and customer service centers in Wardian, Agami, and Sahel. The purpose of the visit was to monitor workflow, assess performance levels, and evaluate service quality.
During his visit, he ensured the smooth operation of the branches, spoke with employees, and listened to their opinions and suggestions for improving the work system and enhancing the quality of service provided to the public.
He then proceeded to the customer service centers, where he reviewed citizens' complaints and directed staff to expedite procedures and address any obstacles to ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality service that meets citizens' needs.
During his meeting with branch managers, the Chairman emphasized the importance of:
• Increasing collection rates.
• Maintaining courteous customer service.
• Completing tasks as quickly as possible.
From the customer service centers, His Excellency proceeded to the Furn El-Garaya pumping station, where he toured the facility and held a meeting with the station and laboratory managers. During the meeting, he listened to their opinions and suggestions, and ensured the smooth operation of the work, emphasizing the importance of adhering to technical and operational regulations to guarantee the continuity of service at a high level of efficiency.
The company president concluded his tour with visits to the El-Max and El-Dekheila pumping stations, where he reviewed their operational systems and stressed the need to anticipate and address potential problems before they occur, in order to maintain service stability and prevent any disruption to citizens.
In his address, Engineer El-Qaddafi affirmed the Alexandria Water Company's commitment to a continuous field presence among its employees and the public. He stated that service improvement begins with active listening, teamwork, and a rapid response to people's needs. He added that their goal is to provide a service worthy of the citizens of Alexandria, based on quality, efficiency, and respect, and that they will continue working diligently to achieve this.
